Planning and moving through a wedding can be a stressful time. Each of the following weddings packages is designed to take away your worries? So you can relax and feel the joy of your wedding day! Our wedding planners are based in London and we specialize in all styles of weddings, from low budget through to the most elegant weddings anywhere. We are happy to travel and can work with you anywhere.

The following is just a rough guide to what you get. As each individual wedding is different we would advise you contact us for a more in-depth chat about what we can offer you.

On the Day Management

On the day Management includes:


• Ardley Weddings and Events Ltd will be available in person and by telephone during the entire wedding day to receive deliveries, assist suppliers and answer any problems or questions.

• 10 hours of “on the day” management, any additional hours will be charged at £30 per hour.

• Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding

• Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party.

• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted suppliers, 1 - 2 weeks before wedding day.

• On-site management and supervision throughout the ceremony and reception, on the day of your wedding.

• An additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding if required, at no extra cost to you.

• Manage the wedding party.

• Manage suppliers & décor setup at ceremony & receptions sites.

• Organize & distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests.

• Provide full Emergency Kit - sewing kit, first aid kit, etc.

• Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking perfect.

• Properly line up processional music & cue musicians.

• Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set as per your instructions.

• Bustle bride’s gown.

• Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception.

• Ensure payment of suppliers tips & balances.

• Return any personal or rented items to their owners.

• We will be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise.

Full wedding planning combined with On the Day Management Package includes:


• Unlimited consultations with you via telephone/email.

• Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed.

• Discussion of theme, colour, and style.

• Research of wedding suppliers in each category that fit your event style, budget and to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections.

• Set up and attendance of supplier appointments of your choice.

Partial Wedding Planning combined with on the Day Management Package includes:


8 weeks prior to the wedding day, Ardley Weddings and Events Ltd. will supply you with a contact sheet for you to fill in with all your supplier and vendor details. Once we receive this, we shall then act on your behalf and liaise with them directly, to ensure your wedding runs smoothly.

• Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding.

• Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party.

• Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 - 2 weeks before wedding day.

• On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and before and during the reception on the day of your wedding.

• An additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding if required, at no extra cost to you.

• As the client, you will rely on me to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfil my obligations under this agreement.
